Timothy Bachmann:
29 years of experience – 11 years as a financial advisor and 18 years as a consultant to advisors and their clients. Tim helps Financial planners hit higher marks and become truly holistic with creative, out-of-the-box thinking and strategies way beyond the realm of the do-it-yourself-er. His goal is to profoundly transform financial advisor/client relationships – acting as a bridge between the world of traditional and alternative investments and risk and tax abatement/financial planning/multigenerational estate planning, and greater and more efficient charitable giving. Tim’s Specialties include Wealth Structuring for High Net Worth Families, Philanthropic Vision strategies (Charitable Trusts, Family Foundations), Business Continuation/Buy-Sell strategies, & Leveraging irrevocable trusts/dynasty trusts/intentionally defective grantor trusts.

Jim Whittle:
Jim is an Institutional Account Director for Prudential’s Individual Life Division. Based in Charlotte, NC, he is highly experienced and knowledgeable at
using life insurance to benefit your individual and small business owner clients. Jim’s support can help expand business capabilities by offering small business
owner strategies and complex wealth transfer concepts, including estate planning, charitable giving, and much more. Jim will not only help present these strategies but will also facilitate case design and management all the way through the underwriting process.

He has been in the financial service industry for eight years, all of them with Prudential. Jim graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation. Jim lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Janelle. Jim enjoys the outdoors, working out, and watching University of Georgia football.
